Getting new blinds is always exciting, you open the box , put up the blind and stand back and admire your handiwork – but what about a few weeks later, when the dust starts to build up – how can you keep your blinds looking ‘just out of the box’ new?
Dust is a pesky beast, it becomes sticky as it builds up making it difficult to clean off, so the best defence against this is to dust the blinds on a regular basis, and the best tool to use for this is an Ostrich Feather Duster.
Ostrich Feathers are very fine and will flick over the blind getting into all those hard to reach places leaving a clean blind in its wake.
If you do need to give your blinds a more thorough clean, then a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth will do the trick, just remember to dry the slats compleatly.
